The reason I gave this five stars is...the owner and family are very nice people. It takes a lot of work running a hotel and he does as good as he can with what's available. Sure all the smaller hotels have some problems, it's better than $200 somewhere else.
Great place to stay while in rehab at great lakes recovery center
What an extraordinary old Motel. The rooms were nice and tidy, the front desk people were very corrigible. I love old motels and this one was excellent. The price at $78 was worth it. A piece of Americana Nostalgia that you should not miss.

The Delux Inn is very quaint with a home feeling. Enjoyed our check in with Rog very lovely. If your looking for relaxing and quite this is perfect. Very happy with our room very clean.
the people running the motel were very nice! provided us with everything we needed for a good stay. The room was a little musty and you could tell it was old... although it does appear they are trying to bring it up to date with modern showers and flat tv. id suggest new carpet, shower heads and wall treatment. again the operators were more than nice and would suggest a stay here if you are taking the time to read this.
A nice place to stay. It was clean and cozy with retro decor and a really nice inn keeper. I don't have any complaints and would happily stay again.
I live here. It's a sober living environment for great lakes recovery. The people and staff are nice. They do a lot to help us in regaining our lives and improving ourselves. I'd recommend it to any that struggles with an substance abuse disorder.
